Formed after the Global Financial Crisis of 2009 when liquidity had dried up in the market, our aim was simple – to help corporates continue operating with creative financial solutions.

Nisarg is a visionary leader and entrepreneur having ideated, built and led multiple successful business ventures. As a seasoned finance professional with experience in the industry for over 21 years, Nisarg Dugad’s core skills in Advisory are raising debt, capital, restructuring and M&A transactions. As the Managing Partner at Nimai, he has been responsible for setting strategic goals and purposefully guiding business operations to drive business growth. Translating his understanding of the market and channelling his entrepreneurial spirit, has been truly instrumental in creating a niche investment banking practice.
Currently leading the Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory services at Nimai, Nisarg has adeptly spearheaded multiple complex debt and equity transactions across emerging and frontier markets and been instrumental in successfully leading and closing the first ever cross border corporate finance transaction at Nimai, with many more to follow.
Having extensively travelled in emerging and frontier markets and global financial centers, Nisarg has developed strong networks with corporates and institutions including Financial Institutions, Fund Houses, Developmental Financial Institutions and Multilateral Agencies. Utilizing these relationships across borders has helped him on multiple transactional fronts.
As Co-Founder of 360tf, he has been instrumental in building the project from ground up. He was actively involved right from the development phase of the platform. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors of 360tf and a member of the Advisory Board of the Company.
Channelling a passion for various aspects in this industry, Nisarg has been a Speaker at various forums on subjects of Project Finance, Trade Finance, Venture Capital, Leadership Lessons, Doing Business in GCC and Africa etc. and addressed conferences and seminars in UAE, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Oman, Bahrain etc. He has been invited as a guest lecturer at several Universities too, to plant the seed of thought in the minds of the young leaders of tomorrow.
Nisarg is keenly interested in social service initiatives and participates regularly in various events for social causes in UAE and India.
Nisarg Dugad holds an Honorary position on the Strategic Advisory Board of the Department of Finance, College of Business Administration in Ajman University, UAE.

Prior to joining Nimai, as a Banker, he has worked with RAK Bank and Bajaj Allianz Head Office in Bancassurance Division, Pune, India. Currently working under Corporate Finance division in Nimai in strategy formulation, execution and innovative financing structures that assist in successful fundraising for Clients globally. He spearheads the relationship with the clients and lenders globally.
